Supply Chain Head -MBA JOBS-

Job Title:- Head Supply Chain.

Reporting To:- ED

Location:- Delhi//NCR

Job Responsibility:-

Ensure timely supply of goods to retailers / distributors with least overall Supply Chain Cost
- Ensure that the right product is being made available at the right place and at the right time.

- Ensure that the delivery to Company Owned / Franchise Outlets is met with zero delay.

- Ensure all the distributor orders are executed as per ordered quantity.

- Dispatch material without delay (zero pending order).

- Develop and implement process to ensure that the material is available as per the agreed dispatch plan.

- Take measures to ensure higher distributor satisfaction.

- Plan strategies to ensure that the cost of Logistics is minimized.

- Review distribution channel to ensure Zero Delay Response to requirements of distributor / retailer.

- Ensure new means of transporting the goods to save both time and cost.

- Conduct Inventory analysis on daily basis.

- Inform regarding the inventory levels of slow / non moving articles.

- Discuss strategies for pushing non- moving goods from warehouse.

- Take and implement suggestions to solve any Supply Chain Management Issue.

Define and implement process for planning and controlling production.

- Prepare multiple plans as per the orders and capacity of factory for 5 time cycles (Annual, Quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily)
- Dispatch

- Ensure all time lines committed to distributor are adhered to while planning.

- Ensure that all constraints are addressed while planning.

- Plan to reduce the lead time to delivery.

- Discuss any problem to meet the delivery schedules.

- Discuss constraints in capacity / resources for de-bottlenecking.

- Ensure input material availability as per production plan.

- Check inventory levels & ensure the alterations in plan are done for keeping inventory levels under limits.

- Discuss with Sales to dispose off Slow and non moving Stocks.

- Chase vendors so that provide desired quality product at specified time.

Support Purchase Department

- Provide annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan.

- Communicate all changes in the sales plan to the purchase department.

Reengineer/Improve complete SCM Model

- Analyze all cost elements of Supply Chain

- Discuss strategies to improve performance of the supply chain

- Workout cost benefit analysis of any change proposed in the present supply chain model

- Review the performance of Supply Chain on a monthly basis & plan strategies to improve the same

Leverage Technology in SCM

- Understand Technology in SCM

- Leverage them

- Continuously automate more and more activities within SCM sub processes

Develop subordinates

- Interact with subordinates

- Solve their issues

- Guide them

- Develop them

- Appraise them

Recommend for recognition and reward as per company policy
