Error code 619 bsnl broadband DSL Error-691/619: Authentication failure vpn

Error-691/619:    Authentication failure
1. Have you changed the password in dataone site?. If so, password should be changed in the modem also (changing password in the modem)
2. Have your phone been disconnected and reconnected for non-payment/late payment of bill? If so, your phone will get reconnected automatically as soon as you have paid the bill. But your BroadBand will be enabled only on the next working day.
3. If the answer to all the above queries are "NO" then, please call 1800 424 1600 and book  a complaint.

Error 691: The computer you are dialing in to cannot establish a Dial-Up Networking connection. Check your password, and then try again.

Error 691: Access was denied because the user name and/or password was invalid on the domain.
